About this notice
DARFIN Labs is an independent software project based in Indonesia. For business and privacy enquiries, email [email protected]. Privacy requests are handled by the project operator.
This notice covers the informational website and business email correspondence. The website has no accounts, contact forms, newsletter signup, payment flow, or product uploads.
Website visits
The website is served from self-managed infrastructure through Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles requests to deliver and protect the site and may process IP addresses and other request information.
The current web-server configuration does not enable per-request access logs. Infrastructure services can still produce operational diagnostic logs, and Cloudflare may process traffic and security information. This does not mean that no logs exist.
Cookies and analytics
The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts, or embedded third-party media. Its scripts operate the mobile menu and the editor concept’s panels and storyboard selection.
Cloudflare Web Analytics was disabled by the owner for this site. Cloudflare security features may use cookies depending on configuration and the request. These provider features operate separately from the website code to help deliver and protect the site.

Email communication
Zoho Mail hosts the official mailbox. Your email address, message, attachments, and delivery information are used to receive and respond to questions, product feedback, and other communication related to DARFIN Labs.
The owner currently accesses email manually through Zoho Webmail in a browser. There is no current integration of this mailbox with OpenClaw or AI. The email link opens your configured email application; clicking it does not send a message through this website.
Zoho processes information as part of providing its email service. See Zoho’s privacy policy for the provider’s practices.
Email storage
The owner does not create additional mailbox backups and has not established a fixed schedule for reviewing or deleting email. This does not mean that Zoho has no internal backups or retention practices. Storage and deletion within provider systems depend on the service and its applicable obligations.
Your privacy requests
Email [email protected] for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. The operator will verify your identity where needed, identify information under DARFIN Labs’ control, and handle the request according to applicable obligations and actual capabilities.
You will receive an explanation of the outcome and any limits on actions that depend on a provider. Requests are handled under applicable legal requirements, including any mandatory time limits. Deletion from every provider backup cannot be guaranteed.
Scope and updates
This notice does not cover video, audio, transcripts, or AI requests in a future DARFIN Video Editor release. Those features will need a separate notice based on their actual operation.
This notice will be updated when website, hosting, or email practices change.
